Kurt Cobain was an American musician and artist, best known as lead singer, guitarist, and primary songwriter for the grunge band Nirvana. Nirvana has sold over 25 million records in the United States alone and over 75 million records worldwide.
1986 was the first year Cobain tried heroin. By the winter of 1990, Cobain was reportedly using heroin seven days a week. On April 8, 1994, Kurt Cobain was discovered dead at his Lake Washington house. The cause of death was determined to be a suicide. The toxicological tests determined that the level of heroin in Cobain’s bloodstream was 1.52 milligrams per litre.
